Extreme exercise and diet fads are everywhere these days. fitanimal takes a grounded, lasting approach: one you can rely on for life. The natural connections between how we move, what we eat, and the way we think can create an effective, sustainable path to long-term health and vitality. The work I do with clients is about making these connections and understanding what makes us thrive.
In my own life, I’ve been a competitive soccer player, an Outward Bound instructor, global health worker, a runner, mountain biker, and climber. Along the way, I’ve become passionate about nutrition and certain of the benefits of strength training and exercise for vitality and healthy aging.
No matter where you are on your journey—just getting off the couch or training for a marathon—I can work with you to create and implement a personalized fitness and lifestyle plan that will get you to your goals, and then some.
