How it works
The goal of fitanimal is to help you feel and look great. To be your healthiest, fittest, strongest self. To reach this goal, we’ll focus on exercise, food, and lifestyle.
Sessions are gym based, customized, and last about an hour. I work with individuals and couples of all ages and at all levels of fitness. Some clients have specific movement constraints, are rehabbing from injury, have special dietary needs, or are training for a sport.
fitanimal sessions include:
- Personalized strength and conditioning programming and coaching. Sessions are designed to meet each client’s needs, considering his or her specific abilities and goals. I place special focus on technique and intensity. Strength and conditioning programming is progressive and varied- each session is built on the previous one.
- Health and wellness coaching. Wellness is the process and practice of living healthfully. It incorporates what we do, what we think, and what and how we eat. Health and wellness coaching can address stress, high blood pressure, weight, fatigue, poor sleep, anxiety, and general dissatisfaction. Through discussions about food and lifestyle factors such as sleep and stress, I help clients create personalized, actionable plans to address their specific needs.
- Homework. It's what we do most of the time that matters. Consistency helps us reach and maintain optimal health and fitness. Weekly homework varies with each client and stage of programming and may include food logging, specific mobility exercises, and other fitness-related activities.
